What's new in mobile 12.16

This update brings a new login screen, clearer messaging when you send diagnostic data, and more reliable sync, plus fixes for the iPad Route Dashboard and photo syncing.

A few things to know before your team updates:

• Everyone will need to log in again and turn biometric login (Face ID or fingerprint) back on.
• On iOS, techs who don't use biometrics will see one extra confirmation tap each time they log in.
• If a password has shown up in a known data breach or doesn't meet Skimmer's complexity requirements, you'll be asked to set a new one at login.
• iPhone users may see a warning that the update is over 200 MB. That's expected.
